You can modify or cancel your booking anytime by informing us on our contact number or emailing at email@example.com. You can mail us your modifications or call us. There are no extra charges for modifications or cancellations. However, in case you have agreed to your booking and service is being provided to your car and you choose to cancel while the service is still in progress, you have to pay Carpiko or it’s partnered workshop the total amount for the service done. The invoice of the service will be sent to you by Carpiko.
We do not entertain any refund or return request for any car service/repair done or any parts installed once the service/ repair job is completed. Once a job is completed we will not accept any return or refund request. However there may be certain circumstances where if we feel upon investigation that the service provided was faulty or not upto the standard we may accept partial or complete refund of the service/repair job amount. The nature and acceptance of refund remains on sole discretion of Carpiko.
In case of cancellation of service if the payment was prepaid and the job was not started, we will not charge any cancellation charge and we will refund you money. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
